Total Suiseiseki victory! By a margin of 271! Which isn't actually the biggest point margin in round four so far—Fate won the Fate vs. Nanoha battle with 287 more points than Nanoha—but Suiseiseki's got the highest number of individual votes so far!
Though I'm a little worried about round five, as she's up against some lesbian (from Strawberry Panic.. I'm far too lazy to actually look up her name) who beat Shinku by 178 points. ¬_¬ Though honestly I'm kinda glad Shinku lost that round 'cause if it was Shinku vs Suiseiseki I'd be torn (not really.. I'd vote for Suiseiseki all the way, I'd just feel bad about it XD).

Suiseiseki vs. lesbian semifinal battle commences on the 21st (Japan time, of course). I'll help anyone who wants to vote! XD

Of course in round six she'll be up against either Fate or Eri Sawachika from School Rumble. D: This could be a battle of bad Japanese vs bad Japanese! Though I'm kinda expecting Fate to be the victor of that round... Her vote count in round four is pretty low, but I think that's because she was up against Nanoha. When it's two characters from the same series no one knows who to support! Though.. hardly anyone voted in that round compared to the other ones.. ¬_¬ Is this just because no one knew who to vote for? Or.. something else?

AAAGH THE SUSPENSE.

Today's battle, btw, is Mikuru vs Yuki, both from Suzumiya Haruhi. After that it's all characters from shows I haven't seen.. Shana from Shakugan no Shana vs Aruru from Utawarerumono... someone from Fate/stay night vs Yurie from Kamichu (if you haven't figured it out yet I can only read names in kana.. :D; Unless I already know who it is, as in the case of Eri or Yuki...) and the last battle of round four is another lesbian from Strawberry Panic vs. another girl with animal ears from Utawarerumono.

(I went and looked up the results for Saimoe 2005, and man, Souseiseki made it to the finals there only to be beat by Takamachi Nanoha. Since I'm currently mad at Souseiseki anyway I can't really argue with that.)

I'm always hearing praise for mint in iced tea, but now that I've actually tried it I think it lends the tea a wacky medicinal taste that I don't particularly care for. :/

Of course I made two quarts of the stuff... ¬_¬ At least it's better than that raspberry concoction.

Actually I'm craving just regular, normal tea right now. The stupid thing is I don't actually have any. x_x Or, rather, we have some Lipton but I hate Lipton. Xb

I spent much of today being domestic... I washed dishes, swept the kitchen floor and the entryway, cleaned off the shower curtain, and scrubbed out the sink. Also I went to JoAnn's and cheerfully broke my "Don't buy it unless you know what you're going to use it for!" rule. :D;; But it was cute fabric! I got some denim, too, which I do have a use for. I always wonder about stretch denim. Some of it really is stretchy, but some isn't. >_O So why is it still stretch denim?
Now all I have to do is ACTUALLY SEW. *so lame*

I also made a new layout for CS despite the fact that I'm shutting it down in two weeks. But look! it's cute! ♥ Kazu and Emiri make me happy. And someone on air_treck made a wallpaper of the two of them, so I've finally replaced the ass-tastic Ikki wall I had on Quince. XD;;

Speaking of Air Gear, I heretofor declare Ringo to be a bitch. D: WTF, Ringo, WTF. Go crawl in a hole and die or something. Though I am happy to finally see her regalia.
It's probably worse since I can't read Japanese and therefore have no real idea why she's gone all... wtf.

Tomorrow is shopping day, since it's tax-free weekend and we are masochistic around here. Some moreso than others... Mom, who hates clothing shopping in the first place, wanted to go to Baybrook until I convinced her she was insane. Traditionally we go to Mall of the Mainland because no one ever goes there (though the food court is, inexplicably, always crowded... I guess that's because the few people who do go there are there for the movies, which is right by the food court anyway).

Oh, yeah. Last night I did go to see The Lion King. :DDD I confess I enjoyed it a lot more than D did... honestly, the only thing in the show I really disliked was "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" with the random half-naked interlude in the middle of the song. Though Scar's whole "NOBODY LOVES ME EMOEMO OH HEY NALA >:3" was kinda random (but Scar has an excuse in that he's crazy). The kid who played young Nala was cute. D: The kid who played Simba did such a job playing a total brat that I can't help but imagine he surely must be one in real life as well. XD;;
Also Rafiki. ♥
And Zazu, who had the best costume in the entire show.
But why was the guy playing Timon all green? The only explanation anyone could offer me was so that he blended into the jungle... but, well, he didn't. Actually I think this musical has furthered my strong aversion to Timon and Pumbaa (also Hula > Charleston).

Ikki... I love you because you're an idiot. And also apparently a ninja.


But more importantly why is Ringo still wearing that.
